Duties and taxes
VAT is added to the order at checkout. If you are located in Norway you will not have to pay any additional duties and taxes.
You may be required to pay duties and taxes when the order has been delivered to you. We reccommend that you check your country's regulations regarding duties and taxes before placing your order.
We are not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be added to your order.

Due to courier or custom restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries:

RETURNS

Our return policy
Standard return policy: If you want to return your item, we will happily exchange or refund your order if it is returned within 14 days. Note that this excludes earrings.
You have 14 days from the day your order is received, to inform us that you want to return your order. After we have been informed, you must return the order within 14 days.
When returning and order, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Remember to use a shipping method that is trackable. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the shipping process, if you choose an untrackable shipping method.
Warranty: We offer a 3 month warranty on all items. During this time we are happy to exchange any items with manufacturing faults free of charge. This does not include items that has tarnished or faded gold plating.
How do I return my order?
All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Write a full return note within the package so we can process your return correctly.
The return note must include:
- Whether you would like an exchange or refund
- Your full name, e-mail address and phone number
- Your order number (can be found in the order confirmation)
- Your return address (if you would like an exchange)
* Earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
* Remember to write the return note either in English or Norwegian, and include in the return package, to ensure a smooth return process without delays.
Package the items responsibly, so they are returned to us safely and without damage. Items should not be able to move around in the parcel.

Returning an order from Norway
When returning an order from Norway, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. For example with "Norgespakke".
If items are retuned without using a trackable shipping method, we are not responsible if the shipment gets lost on its way to us.
Returning an international order
When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Check with your local postoffice what kind of trackable shipping methods they can offer. DHL, FEDEX and UPS also offers trackable shipping.

Exchanging your order
If you want to exchange your order, that is no issue. Just return the items you wish to exchage, and we will send you the itmes your with to exchange to as soon as we have recieved the package.
If you wish to exchange for an items that is more expensive, you will receive an email notifying you to make an additional payment.
If your item is lower in price, we will refund you the difference.
